📣 About us

The New style of international exchange education, from Japan to the World.

We were founded in 2021 and became an official team of the University of Tsukuba in 2023. The University of Tsukuba, one of Japan's top universities, is promoting an exchange program for next-generation human resources. The project is being held with support from the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since then, we have been collaborating with university faculty, students, government agencies, and private enterprises to advance our initiatives. Now, we aim to expand globally, fostering a world where people can trust and connect as true global citizens.

CCPP: Cross-cultural Communication Program with Project-Based Learning

We offer CCPP (Cross-cultural Communication Program with Project-Based Learning), a unique program that integrates perspectives on intercultural communication and entrepreneurship education.
Our program goes beyond traditional intercultural understanding by combining theory with practice to cultivate problem-solving skills in cross-cultural environments and develop global leadership capabilities. We define "global talent" as individuals who deeply understand both their own and global cultures and values while demonstrating adaptability, critical thinking, and cross-cultural competence.
A key feature of CCPP is its strong collaboration between academia, industry, and government, bridging university education with real-world experience. We work closely with government agencies, multinational corporations, international organizations, and NGOs to provide students with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in practical global settings. Through this immersive experience, participants gain essential global competencies that significantly enhance their future career prospects.
We look forward to collaborating with stakeholders to advance international education and foster the next generation of global talent.

🌏 Sustainability

Long-Term Talent Development and Network Support

We are committed to continuously supporting students who have participated in our programs. For example, the "Japan-Korea Next-Generation Exchange Group" serves as an alumni network for students and professionals who have completed our Japan-Korea exchange program, providing them with long-term networking and mutual learning opportunities.
This organization not only fosters ongoing connections among alumni across different program years but also facilitates communication between alumni, universities, government institutions, and corporations across generations and affiliations. Through this initiative, we aim to cultivate an environment where future leaders in international relations can leverage their exchange experiences to make meaningful contributions to society.
We actively support the Japan-Korea Next-Generation Exchange Group in becoming a "collective of future leaders" who drive social innovation and new value creation. By collaborating with university stakeholders, we seek to strengthen the long-term support system for nurturing global talent beyond the initial program experience.

Promoting Japan-Korea Civic Exchange in Local Communities

We actively promote Japan-Korea civic exchange through cultural initiatives in the local communities surrounding our university, contributing to the long-term friendship and sustainable engagement between both countries. By fostering university-based international exchange programs, we create opportunities for students, faculty, and local residents to deepen their mutual understanding of Japan and Korea.
In addition, we actively participate in events organized by economic and cultural organizations involved in Japan-Korea relations, sharing insights from our youth-focused exchange programs. Through these activities, we enhance the role of universities as key players in international engagement and community development.
We also welcome invitations for lectures and workshops, offering opportunities for university stakeholders, students, and local communities to gain insights into Japan-Korea relations and youth exchange initiatives. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

Collaboration with Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan and Co-Creation Initiatives

We are actively engaged in aligning our initiatives with the concept of Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, "A Laboratory for a Future Society," by creating a platform that fosters idea exchange and co-creation for the future.
One key initiative is our Japan-Korea exchange program, which integrates CCPP (Cross-cultural Communication Program with Project-Based Learning). Through this program, young leaders from Japan and Korea collaborate on the theme of "Sustainable Japan-Korea Exchange," identifying shared social challenges from an SDGs perspective and developing innovative solutions. This problem-based learning (PBL) approach enables participants to engage in meaningful dialogue and co-creation with diverse stakeholders.
This team-based initiative strongly aligns with Expo 2025’s emphasis on "idea exchange" and "co-creation", making it a valuable model for practical and experiential learning in higher education. Moving forward, we aim to collaborate with university stakeholders and local communities to expand educational and research programs related to the Expo, while increasing student engagement opportunities.
